MISSION COMMANDER

In this intense 4-week block, we practice all the tools and skills taught in the WINGMAN 101 and FLIGHT LEAD courses. Candidates for Mission Commander must demonstrate proficiency in all areas of wingmanship, leadership and followership. Graduating Mission Commanders will earn the right to lead the next WINGMAN 101 courses to pass on their specific lessons from their journey from Wingman, to Flight Lead, to Mission Commander,
